Information used to run WutDrop
WutDrop stores your Twitch user ID, display name and login, encrypted OAuth credentials, channel configuration, and current live/category state. It uses a necessary, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. It does not request your email address, billing information, or moderation permissions.
Chat and service records
Incoming chat is processed to recognize commands and count activity. WutDrop does not retain viewer identities or full chat message history. A command candidate and channel ID may remain in job queues for up to seven days. Message delivery metadata is retained for seven days, webhook deduplication identifiers for two days, campaign synchronization records for 30 days, and administrator audit records for 90 days.
Service providers
The service communicates with Twitch to authenticate users and operate the chatbot. It uses the operator’s hosting infrastructure and configured campaign data sources. Reward images, when authorized for display, may load from third-party servers. Those services receive the information needed to fulfill the request and apply their own privacy policies. WutDrop does not sell personal data or run advertising trackers.
Your controls
You can pause or disconnect the bot in the dashboard. Disconnect removes active access after the revocation job completes. Account deletion stops the bot immediately and queues removal of your account, credentials, channel settings, and related message metadata. Failed deletion jobs require operator attention. Encrypted backups may retain deleted records until the configured backup retention period ends; the deployment default is seven days.
